Partial dentures are used when adjacent teeth are too weak to support a bridge or when there are too many missing teeth. It replaces missing teeth with acrylic resin that is resting on the gums and metal clasps that hold on to remaining teeth.  <\/p>\n<p>Complete dentures are used when all teeth are missing. They replace all of the patient\u2019s teeth and are held in by suction on the palate.
